Let me Cook your Dish

I am always interested in other cultures and as a Chef, other foods. I always try out different Recipes and Dishes. In “Let me Cook your Dish”, like the name suggests, I ask people to let me cook their favourite dishes. I get the Recipe and I cook this dish while I chat with the person.

The beauty of this, is that, since it all happens online, I get to prepare dishes from all over the world. Anyone, no matter where they are, can be on this show and Let me Cook their Dishes. The only unfortunate thing, is that they can’t taste the food, but I try to make it as beautiful as possible for them to “eat with their eyes”

The beauty of cooking is that, you can have the same ingredients, but prepare vastly different foods. I have had the pleasure of preparing dishes from Sierra Leone, Spain, Suriname, Tanzania and Kenya and I am looking forward to many more.

My dream is to prepare as many different foods from as many different countries as possible. Internet has made the world a small village and that is why I think that my dream might just come true. It is also the Chatting with the people that makes this show so interesting.
