Learn to enjoy the process of cooking,

let every meal be a memory, not necessarily because it tasted so good, but because it was a fun filled event!

The End Product matters, and it should be delicious and look good, but the affair with it, is completed within a few minutes!

The Cooking on the other hand, takes longer. It is at this point that you give your dish what it will be, how it will taste and how it will be received by the people eating it. Have you ever heard people say that they can taste that the meal was prepared with love? …believe me when I say, you can taste emotions.

Start with the buying of the ingredients, go to the market, look at those fresh products, the colours, the different textures, the different types vegetables, Meats and Fish. Get inspiration from there, talk to the people selling them, let them explain what some of the things are and how you can prepare them.

Get to know your ingredients and fall in love with them. This way, you will treat them with care, give them the respect they deserve, be tender with them and most importantly, you will not waste them!

So, whatever makes this process fun for you, do it! Put on some Music, dance, drink a glass of wine, invites friends to be with you in the kitchen, cook with your kids or make romantic dinners with your spouse…. Cooking is DOPE!

I hope my Cooking Class inspires you!
